雷马卫律师简介

雷马卫律师法律本科学历，于2003年通过国家司法考试取得法律职业资格证A证；法律知识基础扎实，知识面广，于2007年开始专职律师执业，擅长于劳动纠纷、交通事故纠纷、债权债务纠纷、房产买卖租赁抵押按揭纠纷等类法律事务的处理，多年执业过程中积累了丰富的业务经验，追求以最小的成本最大程度地维护案件委托人的合法权益；同时，顺应历史潮流，关心国家法治建设，响应依法治国号召，认真研究行政诉讼业务，积极投身行政诉讼实践，探索以“民告官”官司的形式促进政府依法行政，希望用法律的力量为公民办事、维权扫清人治的障碍，为法治政府的建成添砖加瓦。

处理过劳动纠纷、交通事故纠纷、债权债务纠纷、房产买卖租赁抵押按揭纠纷、知识产权（商标侵权）纠纷、加盟协议纠纷等各种类型法律事务近百件（项），积累了丰富的业务经验。曾成功以诉讼外协商、调解方式处理多起经济纠纷，为当事人挽回了经济损失且避免了讼累。如处理某安装公司的一起工程款债权纠纷，我们准备好各种证据及诉讼文书后，和当事人一起前往柞水县，经过和对方公司领导友好协商，当天即拿回了欠款，避免了双方的时间、精力消耗，并使双方当事人的业务合作关系得以继续保持。另一起加盟协议纠纷案，接受当事人委托后，我们收集各种证据后，在走诉讼途径之前，主动联系对方协商，辨法析理，言明利弊，结果对方当事人在几日内即退款给我方当事人。

在行政诉讼方面，积极探索，稳步开展相关业务，坚持依法维权，坚决与违法行政行为做斗争。
